# Cultivated biomanufacturing perfusion reference model Case ID: **AX-REF-FOOD-PF-001** Evidence state: **SCREENING** Decision status: **NOT DECISION-READY** This package is a synthetic, reproducible cultivated biomass perfusion software benchmark. It demonstrates executable model logic, declared assumptions, numerical balance closure, physical-boundary screening, sensitivity generation and checksummed artifacts. It is not customer calibration, GMP validation or proof of plant-predictive accuracy. ## Reproduce Run `npm run reference:generate`. The generator executes the versioned Acatian ODE solver and rewrites all three reference packages. ## Review path 1. Replace synthetic inputs with controlled project evidence. 2. Assign source, unit, timestamp, owner and reviewer to every imported parameter. 3. Calibrate against independent batch or historian data. 4.
