This 100 m3 fed-batch package uses an explicit Monod biomass-substrate-product-oxygen-volume model. It is a reproducible software and mass-balance benchmark, not a calibrated organism, strain or plant model.

## Required calibration evidence

- strain-specific growth, maintenance, yield and by-product kinetics
- feed composition, feed profile and raw-material variability
- vessel geometry, agitation, aeration, kLa, pressure and heat-removal data
- off-gas O2/CO2, OUR/CER and analyzer reconciliation
- independent batch data for residual and predictive-error analysis

Run `npm run reference:generate` to reproduce every artifact. The CSV files expose assumptions, full trajectories, low/base/high sensitivities, acceptance results, stream boundaries, schedule and comparison envelopes.
