MSAT process modelling tools

Turn tech transfer, facility fit and manufacturing evidence into one controlled model.

Acatian gives MSAT teams a shared engineering basis for process reconstruction, site comparison, equipment constraints, batch data, deviations, scheduling, continued verification, scenario review and technical handover.
Acatian MSAT process model showing facility state, evidence, equipment and readiness
Every transfer assumption, site constraint and model result stays attached to its source and version.
Transfer

Process reconstruction

Map the source recipe, materials, parameters, sampling, yields, equipment, controls, holds and release logic to the receiving site.

Fit

Site constraints

Compare geometry, working volume, mass transfer, heat, room grade, utilities, automation, transfer paths, cleaning and shared assets.

Operate

Capacity and variability

Reconcile batch data, campaign schedule, queues, WIP, labor, maintenance, utility peaks, deviations and achievable annual throughput.

Govern

Validation and change

Keep source ownership, maturity, branches, versions, approvals, before-and-after impact and limitations beside the calculation.

MSAT workflow

Start from the manufacturing decision, not from another disconnected spreadsheet.

Define whether the model supports transfer, scale change, deviation investigation, capacity, process characterization, cost reduction or continued process verification. Each context needs its own outputs, acceptance criteria and data authority.

Data intake

Ingest authorized batch records, historian tags, assays, recipes, equipment data, calibration status, deviations and schedule history with units, timestamps, batch context, transformations and reviewer. Preserve raw files separately from mapped model values and flag missing, stale or contradictory evidence.

Engineering reconciliation

Close component balances, compare dynamic trajectories, verify equipment duty and controls, quantify process and site differences, calculate shared-resource occupancy and expose assumptions that cannot be transferred directly. Review scale-dependent parameters before using source-site values at the receiving scale.

Controlled decision record

Publish the selected scenario, alternatives, sensitivities, active limits, unresolved risks, data gaps and validation status together with an immutable run and export manifest. Use roles, versions and approvals to support review; retain the qualified quality system as the authoritative regulated record.
