Research, Professional, and Engineering Team use secure Stripe Checkout. Professional annual billing costs 10% less than twelve monthly payments; Research and Engineering Team cost 15% less. Annual plans are billed for the full year and renew yearly until cancelled. Stripe issues an invoice for every subscription payment, available from Manage subscription. Eligible organizations can also request invoice billing or bank transfer; workspace access begins after payment.
Enterprise Site starts at 14.900,00 € per month, Enterprise Scale starts at 24.900,00 € per month, and Private / Validated starts at 39.000,00 € per month. Each is contracted for at least twelve months and invoiced under the agreed payment schedule.
Implementation, onboarding, data migration, model reconstruction, customer-specific calibration, validation protocols, custom connectors, dedicated infrastructure, external compute, and engineering services are scoped and priced separately before work begins.
Self-service subscriptions use the eligible payment methods shown by Stripe Checkout. Invoice billing or bank transfer is available after the billing contact and company details have been confirmed. Stripe is the payment processor, not a separate customer payment method.
Yes. Active customers can open the Stripe customer portal from their profile to manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation.
Research, Professional, and Engineering Team include 5 models / seat / month. Additional model credits cost 199,00 €, remain valid for 12 months, and are used only after the monthly allowance. Unlimited Models costs 1.190,00 € per month and is included in the listed enterprise agreements. Existing models and their saved versions do not count again.
No. Displayed prices exclude applicable VAT. Stripe collects billing address and tax ID details so the configured tax treatment can be applied.
Free trial access starts after registration. Paid access starts after your chosen subscription payment is confirmed. Enterprise access follows the signed agreement.
Yes. The recurring Private / Validated platform fee starts at 39.000,00 € per month. Dedicated infrastructure, customer-specific calibration, validation work, implementation, and external CFD compute are scoped and billed separately because the required effort and compute vary by project.
